Dr. E, Is the bomb. She is compassionate and caring. She listens to my concerns and works with me to keep me happy and healthy. I would follow her wherever she goes. I trust her with my health and my care. Thank you Dr. E.
Wait times can be a little long on the phone every once in while, but we were just in a pandemic so its understandable. Dr. Eckerstrom is one of the best Dr's I've ever had. She cares about her patients and it shows.
Dr. Eckstrom is very caring , knowledgeable and persistent in getting to the bottom of an issue. She truly cares for her patients. She is absolutely the best!
This office cancelled my appointment twice because the doctor was too busy. I waited a month for each appointment and both were cancelled. This Mercy Health health office has the WORST customer service. If you are looking for a Primary Health Physician I recommend Swedish American!
