Emily is incredible in every way! Given the current housing market, especially in Rochester, FHA loans getting selected as offers is very slim, and yet, with Emily's expertise, that's exactly what happened! She was always up to showings with me with lots of flexibility on timing. Additional bonus, her husband is a contractor, so having that extra set of eyes on occasion was great.
