I had some pain in a back molar. Visited Dr Craft based on her excellent reviews. I had X-ray taken the first day and it was determined I had a deep cavity in the molar. I was scheduled for treatment. On the day of treatment, I informed the staff that I had very deep roots with special instructions for novacaine. We have used Dr Craft for a few years now. She is amazing and has great staff. She and the staff are friendly, caring and very professional. The new doc has been a great addition. Her office manager Kelly is one of the best and runs a tight ship.Dr Craft takes care of our family -she does not do unnecessary procedures or xrays because insurance pays for it as some other dentists do. Dr. Craft is one of the best dentists that I have ever been to. She takes an individual interest in her patients and is extremely good at her work. I had to get some fillings and crowns done, and it was the most painless set of visits I have ever had to a dentist's office. Her staff is extremely courteous and professional, and are helpful in setting up good appointment times. Special shout outs to Kelly at the front office and Ashley, her dental assistant.
