Dr Emily Cole is the most compassionate person I have ever met. When she looks and talks to you she just lets you know that she is there to help you! Her staff at the office as well as the team at Mary Birch Hospital are there to take care of you in every way! Saying they care is just not enough! It's like having your every need taken care of! I've been waiting for 3 months to see this doctor. The week of my appointment I contacted the office because I forgot what time my I was scheduled for. The receptionist looked up my file then apologized because the doctor would not be able to see me afterall! What? and I wasn't contacted, supposedly the receptionist had just found out too (30 minutes before I called)? Wow what a coincidence!
