Words cannot express how fantastic Dr. Boss is. We had put off my daughter’s tonsil and adenoid removal for years due to her severe medical related anxiety. After meeting Dr. Boss’s CRNP (Nina) who is equally as wonderful, we decided to move forward with the procedure. Dr. Boss even let my daughter chat with her via Telehealth appointment prior to the procedure since we are about 2 hours away. My daughter was really sick and was seen for 5 min max by Dr. Boss. The nurse seemed more concerned with my daughter's condition. We got no where with the issue and it was such a waste of time. We got a second opinion by another office and my daughter has been doing so much better after treatment. I've never had an issue with John's Hopkins, so this is a first for my family and I. It didn't help either that her office didn't ever bill us and we didn't know there was a $15 balance until collections got a hold of me.
