Tarissa was a great manager. Best we have had. Sweet personality and ready to help anyone that ask. She got a lot done for us and every tenant loved her. She worked hard. Also caught on to everything needing done quickly. I have been here in 11 years and it was wonderful to see her come in with a smile on her face and ready to help all those she could. I have lived at Emily Apartments for the past 2.5 years and need to compliment and praise the professionalism, caring and genuineness and of our last Manager Taressa. She had only been with us for 2.5 months and had shown so much interest and pride in her work and most especially the residents. Things were finally getting taken care of in a timely manner unlike what had not been done with previous managers. Loosing Taressa is a substantial loss to the residents and to Winterwood as a company. She will truly be missed.
My parents has lived thete for 12 years. It started out very nice, clean,affordable and good Management. Right during Covid-19 is when things took a terrible turn. Our Elderly where treated like Prisoners with no rights. Management started talking down to them. Asking for a simple repair may take days or weeks on end. High cost to do laundry, if the machines even work about half the time. When walking down the main hallway of the building, from one end to the other, you will see dead bugs bugs.
