I recently purchased a vehicle from the Dick Hannah Volkswagen ********* location. The staff is courteous. ******** is an excellent salesperson, I'd definitely refer him to friends and family.
Worst experience ever. Nothing but lies, deceit and fraud.They stated on 2 seperate invoices for 2 seperate visits that multipoint inspections were performed. They are refusing to give me the results of those inspections. They claim they can't get that information once the job is closed out.They wanted to replace my AC condenser and compressor.
