By far the best car buying experience I have had in 50 years buying new and used cars. From the moment I walked into the dealership to look at a used EV, to four hours later driving home with it, I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism of every employee. I was buying a used EV with the Federal credit, turning in a 2006 under the Vehicle Exchange Program, and financing the rest. My salesman ***** answered every question and concern I had straight forwardly, the used car manager ******** was able to get an EV batte... read more

I went into their service for an alignment. ****** on a discounted price + tax. When I came to pick up the vehicle they added a miscellaneous charge of about 12.8%. Never disclosed this charge before agreeing on the service. Only on the receipt at pickup. The service advisor, *******, tried to tell me that it's a state law. After I disagreed with him, he changed it to miscellaneous parts like windshield washer fluid... which I never asked for. The service manager was not available and so he brought in a sales manager. He was... read more

Avoid going here at all costs!!!! On May 23rd, I brought in my 2014 VW Jetta due to recurring issues with the engine turning off and difficulties restarting. Following the recommendations provided by **** and the service team, I proceeded with the suggested repairs totaling $2,200. The repairs proved ineffective, as my car experienced the same engine shutdown issue in the middle of a busy intersection on May 30th, precisely 7 days after services!! They then quoted me another $4,000 to fix it, despite not having fixed the iss... read more

Worst experience(there shouldn't be any star), They do not honor the Trade in offer estimate from their own website and when you actually go to the dealership they give you a very low offer (Note: they sell their vehicles multiple thousands above MSRP too) . When we ask why then they say u need to research and come to the dealership and it seems their website trade-in estimate will include their margin and other fees too. example : 31 k to 33 K trade in estimate on the website and when you go there it like $27.5K.Just waste ... read more

This dealership has one star and appropriately, so. If there were zero stars, it would deserve no stars. I had a 2009 Volkswagen Eos, which I purchased elsewhere and have had absolutely no trouble with it until recently. One day in February it would not start. I had it towed to Emich for a diagnostic. They stated that it was the mechatronic unit and quoted me $3,000. I always get a second quote, so I decided this was excessive and had it towed to a small shop. I asked them if they could handle this repair after they quoted m... read more

STAY AWAY! I drive a 2013 VW Tiguan (purchased elsewhere). On 5/31, I had just returned to Denver from a 1500 mile road trip and when I was sitting at a stop light, my car started rolling backwards while in drive. I immediately stopped my car and tried to assess the situation. My car would not change gears and would only roll backwards. I figured it was a transmission issue and called roadside assistance. Given it was a holiday and I am new to the area, I thought my best bet would be to take it to the dealership if it was in... read more

They will charge you for a full tank of fuel for their loaner vehicle when they don't even give you one with a full tank . The service advisors are not helpful! I have a date and time stamped photo of when I received the loaner and receipts of filling it back. I will be filing fraud against them with my credit card company. They claimed it to "faulty" equipment that measures fuel levels for loaner vehicles. Apparently they "gave me a full tank" which is not true.

Stealership not dealership. I’ve been taking my car there for years paying outrageous bills and in the end the car blew up! They admitted fault but will not take full responsibility . The original Mr. ***** must be in his grave and now the kids or grandkids are just money hungry monsters ! I got my retired mechanic involved after the car blew up and he thoroughly vetted my invoices They over charge , sometimes double charge , will not just solve a problem with a sensible solution, they do not change a thermostat after they o... read more

Please be advised of attempted fraudulent pricing practices by this dealership. I actually leased a vehicle from this dealership as well. I decided to have them give me a quote to buyout the lease vehicle and purchase a new one. I also asked another dealership to do the same. It came to my attention while viewing the quote from this dealership they were overcharging me by about $1,800 and labeling this amount as "taxes." Tax of course is paid on the trade difference, not just the cost of the car I wanted to purchase. I too h... read more

Business response:

Colorado law does not give a tax credit for the trade-in of a leased vehicle. The reason is taxes have only been paid on the depreciation of the leased vehicle, not the total amount. When you purchase/buy a vehicle you pay all taxes upfront and therefore Colorado allows a tax credit for the trade-in amount as tax has already been paid in full. We are not able to take money collected as 'taxes' as profit. This amount is remitted to the county where registering in full. Any overage is sent back to the customer.
