Mice Mice Mice everywhere! The building is infested, when the exterminator comes out if you didn't call they won't treat your apt, treatments consists of ONE glue trap. If they would fix the holes in the building brick the mice wouldn't get in. The property manager is not helpful, if you say a light is out on the building she tells you to put in a repair request - sorry isn't that her job as property manager. I received the reply but what needs to be done is get someone in the office with good people skills and give me the number to the owner not the office to speak to who iam talking about how is that going to help the situation.
The manager in Alexandria Apts. and she has a very very nasty attitude she should not be in management with that she need to work on her people skills. Not good for buinsess.
This company is a total NIGHTMARE to deal with. Outdated and broken down Apts Crazy maintenance man and neighbors
They advertise a pool but I’ve lived here since 2019 and the pool never been opened. Would be nice if my kids could play at the playground but it’s very unsafe. Nobody maintains the play area and there is never mulch. We always have mice and rodents. Maintenance men leave trash out front for days even weeks and sometimes months out front after doing different jobs. Our rent goes up every year for poor quality living. I lived there for four years. They are roach and rat infested. They found six dead rats in my apartment and I did an evacuation immediately..they sent me a broken lease letter..lol..as If they want me to pay $900 a month to live with rats
Do not move here. You'd be better off living in the streets. Drugs, crime, overdoses, trash, you name it. Don't forget about the roaches and the mice. They will still money from you any way they possibly can. Good luck ever seeing your deposit back.
I guess I have to give them on star, should be a half or none. I live in one of there properties and no repairs have been done in a year! I have mold, heater problems, plumbing problems, spiders in the walls just to name a few. The windows have so much dirt between the paines that you can,t see out and the frames are rotten. My kitchen cabinets are falling down but the biggest problem is the repairs are never done properly they are jimmy rigged.
