Be prepared to wait. I came in on time for a TB test and waited for an hour before being seen. Then I spent another 30 minutes in the blood draw room, being stuck 4 times by 3 different people. I do have deep veins, but other clinics that draw blood regularly all week have not had an issue with this.
Great experience, they were very quick and friendly. Anna & Viridiana were awesome!
Came in for a TB test for my mom- apparently something got screwed up and the lab didn't even test the blood because they got it too late. Then Agile would not pick up or answer the phone despite probably a dozen calls / multiple voicemails. Terrible service. Go elsewhere.
The acupuncturist, there is very good, and I always feel well taken care of, so I gave 5 stars because of her, but the front desk staff needs to do better with calling patients about cancelations. I drove all the way there from San Leandro 2 weeks ago for an appointment, only to be told 20 minutes into waiting that the acupuncturist was out sick, and they were aware of this that morning, before my arrival, and neglected to call to cancel and reschedule the appointment. The worst experience in 30 years of getting work physicals! It’s completely opposite of how I feel we treat our patients in my work environment. After arriving at the office the previous Friday, they cancelled me. When I returned the next Monday at my scheduled appointment time, I waited 4 hours. I had an appointment, but they took walk-ins before me. When I asked why they were taking walk-ins before me, the response was “we’ll get to you in a minute ma’am”. They said this for four hours.
