Walked in To Sacramento Office And had appointment Scheduled With Eduardo Verceles DO from your Office The same day (Telehealth Appointment). He was able to review all my MRIs and get me the help i needed super fast and seemed to pick up on the fact that i needed help.. Now im getting the help i deserve and need and well deserved time off work to heal. Even got my specialist care ordered. Pretty good for a 1st day appointment, . Much Much better than Kaiser. They never pick up their phone.
Had a walk-in drug screen and the MA’s were literally running all over the place. They said they were short staffed and booked for the morning. They told me I can go to their San Leandro clinic but if the MA’s in Oakland are being over worked I can only imagine San Leandro. I was very disappointed, my employer sent me elsewhere.
