Recommendedjeff made sure i didn't get the bends as i dropped to the bottom of the ocean in the submarine; pinging and donging. all the mermaids at reception were lovely too.
It was very pleasant the techs were very nice easy to talk to very nice no problems whatsoever
the staff was very nice and the paper work was easy to read and fill out. it was very clean and comfortable environment
EVERYBODY does an exceptional job here. It's the only imaging place I will go to and have been going for years. I usually ask for John, he's very patient and helps to talk me through it and to he gives encouraging words while doing it. Again, EVERYONE IS EXCEPTIONAL, I got him my 1st time there and stuck with him.. I MORE THAN HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM FOR ALL OF YOUR ADVANCED IMAGING NEEDS!
Getting an appointment was easy. Check in agent explained paperwork clearly & accurately so completing them was easy. Tech greeted me & made sure I was informed & comfortable with procedure so MRI was easy. Everything happened at the estimated time so process was seamless which makes this a well-run, customer-centric facility. Thanks.

Very friendly and got me right in and out!
Very convenient, everyone was super nice. And it cost 1/4 the price of UCSF. I only recently realized I didn’t necessarily have to have my MRI there, even if that is where my doctor is. My doc had my results in three hours! I’ll definitely be back (I have yearly MRIs). And an added bonus for me, a lover of gardens, the landscaping in the surrounding parking lot is BEAUTIFUL! Not your ordinary boring business park boringness.
Everyone was extremely Friendly, helpful and a very clean facility. I will be sending my patients to this facility from now on! Very little wait time!
