I took my 7 month old to get her ears pierced yesterday and they did an amazing job with her! I would recommend them to anyone with little ones!! The man who did the piercing was fantastic with my little one making sure that they were done perfectly! Everyone who worked there was friendly and helpful!! Very happy with my overall experience!! ��
I just got my 4 month old daughter ears pierced today. The staff was amazingly friendly and the man that does the piercings is incredible. I definitely recommend this place.

I recently had my Pandora bracelet fixed by Rob and the wonderful ladies. When I took my bracelet to the Pandora store at 12 Oaks, I was told to contact corporate, as the store could do nothing to fix a charm that wouldn't move/spin on the band. Not only did Rob fix the charm, but two wonderful young ladies helped me choose and strategically place new and existing charms on my bracelet.
