I just moved out of emery gardens, March of 2023 and I have some things to share. First of all, don’t walk, RUN away from this place. This place has black mold EVERYWHERE. Last summer none of the a/c units were working and it got up to 90° in my apartment, which later I found out is a common occurrence. There are TONS of structural issues. I went without an air conditioner for 2 of the hottest days this year. We were under a heat advisory. I have heart problems, breathing problems and high blood pressure. All that are aggravated when exposed to extreme heat. This is the first time I had to wait for help and it was not pleasant, I got very sick, swollen and had a very hard time breathing.
