Great place for little escape from the city...
The Emerson was outstanding! fabulous! Enchanting! We stayed for my husband's birthday recently and everyone was amazing- wishing him a Happy Birthday. I emailed them before our stay to have balloons and a card with candy in the room as a little surprise. They accommodated me with a smile and eager to please attitude! Our stay was magical & relaxing. a complimentary bottle of wine. The room was so nice and so clean. Every staff member greeted us with a hello and a smile. We cannot wait to come back! Our family tradition each year with pugs and all!
I recently stayed here for a ladies weekend. Rooms, food and spa services are wonderful. Staff is warm and friendly. Gorgeous natural surroundings. Would definitely recommend a visit. After leaving, I realized I was missing a valuable earring. With one call, Emerson staff found the earring, shipped it and within a day and a half it was back in my possession. On top of our lovely stay, I will be eternally grateful for their kind and professional follow through!
EVERYTHING! IT IS ALWAYS LIKE BEING IN ANOTHER WORLD! BEAUTIFUL SETTING IN THE CATSKILLS, GREAT SERVICES AND FOOD, AND THE ROOMS ARE TOP NOTCH!
My wife and I had a fantastic time in this magnificent resort...beautiful room, great food, warm fireplace...and even warmer staff.
