We had a wonderful time last week. The staff that we interacted with couldn't have been nicer. Even our dog, Benji, felt right at home. The food and staff at the Catamount restaurant were also excellant
RecommendedEverything about our annual “Ladies getaway” this weekend was excellent. All staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The spa amenities and treatments were as always, top notch. The dinner for our large group was flawless thanks to some pre planning conversations with Luke the banquet manager. This place is like my second home. I come from Long Island once a month to escape and get away. The staff is the most amazing staff I have come across. They are all very professional, polite, beyond Accommodating and kind! Every experience I’ve had there receives 5 out of 5 stars. everything at Emerson is perfect. The rooms are spacious and lovely. The spa, restaurant, shops, and even Ralph's cafe are always top notch. The massages are always the best. Best Spa ever!
I have nothing but great things to say about The Emerson! The staff is always so friendly and courteous. The Woodnotes sure knows how to make a cocktail and some great food! Highly recommend it!

The Emerson is beautiful and has a gorgeous view of the Catskill mountains from the hot tub outside. The massage I got was outstanding and there was a very calming atmosphere that stands out from other spas I’ve been to. You can continue to use the steam rooms and hot tub for as long as you like after your treatment, I was in complete relaxation after spending half a day here.
