Would not recommend. A male maintenance worker came into our apartment with no notice at 8am. I was not dressed and screamed so loud when I opened my bedroom door. As an apartment with 2 young women, this is beyond inappropriate. When I made a complaint they said they “forgot to notify” me and did absolutely nothing. When we first moved in, they charged us for utilities for the entire home, not just our apartment. We had to fight with the utilities company and Emerson for months until it was corrected. Beware! A Terrible Onboarding and Offboarding Experience – Do not select Emerson If you're looking for peace of mind, do not hire this company (my previous property manager was so much better). I work full-time and I'm a caregiver to a parent with dementia — I hired Emerson to reduce stress, not add to it.
