Emerson Property Managment is one of the best PM companies I've worked with for managing my rentals. They're not the cheapest, but that path didn't work for me anyway. They are professional, knowledgeable, flexible and know how to properly communicate with tenants and owners. Highly recommended.
Beware of any property that is management by this company. They have absolutely no compassion for any situation and go to the extreme to get their financial gain. We lived there for a total of 3 months I was placed on FMLA with no financials due to my mothers health decline with dementia. She was on home hospice care. We depended at that point on my mother’s pension to pay rent.
