I thought Emerson place was going to be a nice place to live but it's been a nightmare. My apartment became infested with bedbugs shortly after I moved in. I had never had bedbugs before but Emerson Place has a long history of bedbug infestations and the bedbugs were likely in the apartment before I moved in. They took longer than a week to have my apartment treated. More recently I've had a problem with my neighbor smoking cigarettes inside and the smoke wafting into my apartment. My husband and I have lived at Emerson Place for 7 months and absolutely love it. It is well maintained and the staff are friendly and helpful. My friends love our 2 bedroom unit. I would highly recommend Emerson Place.
We have lived here for 5+ years and find the management team to be cold and unfriendly. Charlie and Dana on the maintenance team always have a friendly hello.
