Just got off the phone with one of there receptionist after about a 5 minute wait. The woman I talked to was very short, you could tell she was busy or already agitated as her tone was very unpleasant. My call was very rushed with no assistance offered and then I was hung up on.
I have been seeing Dr. Russo for 6 months and she's been amazing. The only downside of the facility is the parking, but you can park on the street.
The staff is always friendly to me. I like that you can get x-rays and blood work done right at the facility. Never had a problem with the employees.
