Wasn't really sure of a situation that I had approached them but when I left out of there I knew everything I needed to know and Not only was I satisfied my boys were too thanks for such an awesome attitude and care for your customers
My foster daughter is having the time of her life at camp, the camp staff is amazing with all of the kids and I wouldn't consider putting her in any other camp. She has so much fun and is excited to go every single day, she especially loves field trip and swim days!
They aren't a very well organized summer camp. My child will never be attending this camp again.
The staff are very friendly and eager to help. The 'Y' is more than a recreational center, it is a community of people with a common goal to help one another the community and themselves!
I wish their app had their complete schedule on it like every other location does on the app.
The facility I felt was adequate. Fitness Center was a decent size. The track is above the basketball court which I thought was ingenious with regards to the space they have. I was there for basketball games so I got good look. Definitely would consider use of facility.

I am continuously disappointed in the customer service provided by the Emerson YMCA. The unfortunate thing is that I like the programs(when they acutally occur). It seems like everytime I sign my children up for sports or activities there is an issue and no communication occurs. I find myself spending countless hours trying to get in touch with someone to provide me with answers and lets just say that doesn't happen. Most recently, I signed my kids up for soccer and the first issue was that the parents meeting was cancelled ... read more
