RecommendedI am from Charlotte NC visiting my granddaughter. She was looking forward to traveling back with me so she could swim in my complex pool; however, I ended up staying in St Louis. We were able to swim here instead, in this beautiful pool, with this young life guard. Thank you Emerson Family YMCA. You made our day!

It is a all around beautiful workout facility it has everything you need for all ages. it has a workout room it has a pool it has a sauna it has a steam room and many many more things to do here like I said everything you need Up Under One Roof if you're not a member you should join. Also they have all types of workout classes from Zumba the spinning and so much more & very friendly staff at all the locations that I have workout at.
They offer aqua aerobics (pool is large), cardio classes; zumba, line dancing, body pump, etc. They have modern fitness equipment with tv's attached. There is something for all ages...including. Silver Sneakers. FYI no sauna or hot tub at this location.
First day, nice atmosphere, plenty of workout equipment, so glad I joined the Y.
I enjoy going to the Y to visit the people there!!!
