It’s a very Nice place to Live. good and Quiet Neighborhood updated Apartments when Needed any Maintenance issue , the team is Very Fast, Accurate And Professional. everyone in the Office Team is always willing to help and address any cituation Specially Sarah she’s is a 10/10 Person.

This apartment complex is good but has a Miserable, Lonely woman with her comfort dog that watches and Vandalize peoples car, and the building property. She hates kids, always calling the cops on babies / children because they are crying or playing outside. Mainly ppl of other race, she makes it known she’s been here 12 years so that gives her the right 😐. Building management is aware of this, but I guess since she’s a Veteran it’s ok. Maintenance is excellent in every detail. Always spot on, reliable and truly empathic in getting things back to normal asap. Office excellent as well, in term of replies. Yes, rent a tad high, and parking is a premium, but I'm happy here.

Management has a spy living and informing them, about all, and anything around the complex, who happens to target non Caucasian families. Pro apartment is updated, it’s nice Cons. Way too many restrictions on what you can do Inside your apartment, and outside the property. If you sneeze to loud management is notified. Also would have been nice to have two sets of washer and dryer not one for each building. The list is long, for cons, but I will leave it at that, rent and you shall find out even if you mind your business.
