I love going to Emersion CF where I always feel welcome. There's a strong sense of camaraderie. Everyone cheers and encourages you to put in your best effort. The coaches are amazing and adaptive to your personal needs. Whether you're a beginner, have medical conditions, injuries of some sort you're working through, or have years of experience. Emersion CrossFit encompasses what the crossfit community is about. I joined this gym about 6 months ago and have enjoyed my time here. The coaches are very knowledgeable, competent and encouraging. No matter what your fitness level is, you never feel out of place. The other athletes are encouraging and motivating as well. The workouts are challenging and can be modified to fit any fitness level, from beginners to advanced. I highly recommend dropping in or joining if you are in the Bakersfield area.
I’ve been dropping in whenever I’m in Bakersfield for years. It’s always a great workout and a lot of fun.
