Emersion crossfit is a whole new experience, from 50+ class to nutrition, best coaches, that are there to help, encourage and work on every level of experience. A community of athletes that cheer each other on and make it fun to work out. Couldn't be at a better gym.
This place is way more than I bargained for exactly the kind of gym I needed to hold me accountable while also teaching me things about myself I may have never discovered if you are looking for real change this is your gym
