After many months of avoiding the dentist, I finally visited Greeneville Dental Associates after losing part of a molar. From the time I first called, everyone at the practice has been courteous, caring and professional. Dr. Armstrong cleaned my broken molar and put on a temporary crown. I’ve had no pain, no problems, and will return for the permanent crown and more needed work. In one word- Outstanding. I had an urgent situation, I got in with in a day, my repair was done in a very timely manor, with quality results. The staff were very friendly and respectful.
Excellent experience Everyone was very nice. Love my Dentist. He always discusses everything so I know what to expect. Talks me through the process, very little discomfort and gets the job done in a reasonable timeframe.
The atmosphere and staff are very friendly and experienced, my only slight complaint is that they were about 15 minutes late taking us back for cleanings.
