I enjoy going to Palm Springs Family and Cosmetic Dentistry. They have good customer service upfront. The staff is very quick efficient and helpful.
After living in major cities -- New York, DC, Baltimore, Los Angeles -- this is by far the best dental office I've had. The staff is knowledgeable and nice. They use state-of-the-art technology and are reasonable when it comes to what's necessary now and what can wait. And my technician, Trish, is outstanding! I highly recommend Dr. Shepherd.

Truly excellent service from everyone at Palm Springs Dentistry. From Blanca at the front desk, to Ruben the dentist aide, to Trish the hygienist, and Dr. Sheppard himself, it has been a pleasure to be cared by them. Kudos to this excellent team.
