Bad non compassionate management – Non refundable "membership fee", burned and undercooked food, poor service in cafeteria, Sunday night Baloney sandwiches. Charging for 2 weeks nursing care after resident leaves, senior bus broken down half the time, I have seen many assisted care places, this one is mismanaged and I would not recommend it with the current management.
