My Dad has lived here for 7 years. Sunrise was the name prior to Emeritus taking over in 2010. I would say the overall care is good. My Dad is happy with the food. Some problems, mostly small, have been addressed as they come up. Staff turnover is constant and does not add to the quality. There is a new Nurse at least twice a year. My largest problem is the staff not returning phone calls. I tried to talk to someone at their corporate office in Seattle and that was just as bad. No one will call back.
