I tried calling so many cleaning services before I finally found Emerita's. She does not rely only on phone calls when it comes to contacting her clients. She is super responsive via email and text. Not only that, but the prices are reasonable and they do a good job. We have a room that has a lot of computer equipment. They respect our wishes to not have that room cleaned and adjusted their price accordingly. They also are fine with our cat being there and don't do anything to scare her on purpose. We have used Emerita's House Cleaning Service 4 times now. They are very thorough and do a fabulous job cleaning everything. Our house is spotless when we return. I see there is another comment about hardwood floors. I'd like to say they clean ours every single time and do a great job. We have kids and pets, so it's probably not an easy job either. I would definitely recommend Emerita's to those looking for a house cleaner!

So far I've been very satisfied with this cleaning service. The apartment is clean and the price is reasonable. Other cleaning services were difficult to reach or just plain didn't show up when scheduled but we always know when Emerita's will be there and that the job will be done well. The floors, bathrooms and kitchen are particularly annoying to clean and they do a great job there.

I had been paying for these services through Venmo and a dispute ensued over payment. After showing proof of payment, I never heard back on confirmation. Since then I have reached out several times with no response. I have asked several times for my key back and still no response. I used this company for over three years but lately the cleaning had become less and less satisfactory. I would not recommend this service to anyone
