Front desk was constantly complaining about their personal issues and days off while behind the front desk. The lobby was jam packed with no sense of urgency in keeping people seperated. Personal details of patients discussed in the main lobby. Unprofessional practice.

I needed urgent care for a UTI. I was given the option to wait for the results of culture to start antibiotics, since I hate taking them unless absolutely necessary. The culture was positive. The antibiotics prescribed were not working effectively. I called to ask for a change in medication and was told that I would have to come in for another culture. Unsatisfactory. The gist: my high school-aged daughter shows up with a severe migraine and dehydration. The staff started off accommodating, then the true state of things emerged. A terrible experience with apparently inexperienced people. We asked for ice to place in her neck, one of the staff brought their lunch from the freezer.
