All support staff & the MD were friendly & professional. I was explained what all was needed to fix my situation.
Long wait time
Great personality! He explained everything that needed to be done and what would be next if this didn't work.
However waiting 1:45 to see him is absolutely ridiculous when I had an appointment. If I didn’t like him so much I would never go to EmergeOrtho

Dr. Boswell and Jennifer Sneer are exceptional.They go above and beyond to make you feel relaxed, comfortable and that you are in good hands.
He was caring and explained everything i detail. I asked questions that were answered.
Dr. Ramos truly makes me feel heard. He asks questions and actually listens to what I had to say. I believe he is in the right profession. I wish there were more like him.
