This is a great place to come if you are injured or suffering with pain
EmergeOrtho is an excellent experience as a patient. It begins at check-in when the staff actually welcomes you warmly and even remembers your name because they pay attention and actually care about the patients/customers. Finally, interactions with the PA's, NPA's, and Surgeons/Specialists are always warm, empathetic, and open-minded and consultative. Recommend anyone looking to address an issue they specialize in should head to EmergeOrtho.
I am giving 4 start because office staff was great (other than never got the PT referral I was supposed to get but I could have called and followed up and did not) but the billing staff is less than professional and did not want to answer a question on where a $15 balance came from and I will leave it at that. I am going to drop my review as Dr Crawford was great but the billing department is horrible. They wanted payment up front for surgery (even though I had insurance) and then when it came out I overpaid it took forever,... read more
I had what turned out to be a deep bruise on my knee from a fall that left me with severe pain and resorting to a walker. The practice saw me quickly the same day I called and the staff quickly diagnosed and treated me to my great relief.
