We cannot say enough good things about Emergent. Their professional and experienced team led us through the renovation of two bathrooms, and addition of two offices, a walk in closet and mudroom in the Meridian Kessler neighborhood. They worked diligently to stay as close as possible to their timeline and budget, and kept us informed every step of the way. We would (and have!) highly recommend them.
Emergent restored my faith in contractors! We had gone through bad experiences previously and no one could believe we were attempting another renovation. Matt, Scott, Jacob, Jaclyn, Austin and Lori were there every step of the way. When there was a problem we worked together to find a solution which was wonderful. Their core values are listed as Awareness, Integrity, Heart and Collaboration and they meet or exceed these values which is a rare find in today’s world. I would not recommend anyone else for your building needs.
I loved working with Emergent. Lori was an amazing patient designer and Scott as my eventual site supervisor was sharp and on top of things. Plus, everyone you interact with their is kind. Already can’t wait to do my bathroom with them in a couple years!
I can't imagine doing a home reno with anyone other than the team at Emergent! They are everything you want when you're investing money, time and trust into a large home renovation project - on time, in budget and excellent at communication. Their attention to detail and commitment to their client's satisfaction is truly next-level.
From start to finish, I felt confident in the Emergent team. We had a vision of what we wanted, but no specifics. They took us from vision, to design, to reality in such a logical and thoughtful way.
