I wanted to like them. Everyone was so kind, I was seen quickly, and sent on my way. Unfortunately, I waited a week to get my emergency x-rays read. When the x-rays were taken, it was indicated that it would take a few hours. I called back repeatedly to check. I wasn't doing well, so I gave up waiting and was seen at another urgent care facility to get x-rays redone and get a diagnosis. It is inexcusable to take that long to read an urgent care x-ray.

The doctor was a bit disconnected from his patient. There was no real personable interaction. I understand that he had specific questions to ask, but it would be better if they would be a bit more personable.

After receiving three confirmations for an appointment on 8/5/2022 through text/email/FedEx the EmergencyMD when showing up for the appointment the facility was closed. No warning was given, my self and others traveled quite a distance for disappointment. Next time give your patients a courtesy call when tehy cannot be serviced.
