Chad does a great job. He is so knowledgeable and helpful with each decision. I was not looking forward to the renovation but honestly, with Chad’s expertise and communication is was painless. Will use his help for any future renovation needs.

I had another company come out initially, which lead to nowhere because they didn't have the proper tools to do a leak detection... Chad at Emergency Water Damage Services was referred to after my initial attempt to fix my problem. He came out, pulled out all his gadgets, and within minutes he was able to tell me exactly what was wrong... I definitely recommend him and this company for their good customer service, being prepared and professional ...

We had water intrusion that damaged our flooring and cabinets. We had extensive mold damage and Chad came in and showed us exactly where the damage was and how to fix it. Not only did he mitigate our water intrusion, he also acted as our general contractor to remodel our kitchen after all the cabinets and flooring were torn out. Chad is an expert on insurance claims and knows exactly what to do. He acted as a liaison between us and our insurance adjustor taking away a lot of our stress.
