We experienced a major kitchen flood due to a dishwasher failure. The restoration crew arrived on time, extracted all the water, and started the drying process immediately. I called your company multiple times and your phones kept hanging up and no one called back, yet you found time to text and ask for a review. Another company called "Living Waters" just showed up at my home after I reached out to you and refused to do the job! So I called Modernistic and they took care of us!! They did a FANTASTIC job!! Will definitely be calling them again!!
