They do not offer payment plans on expensive surgeries like flipping a dog's stomach back over. surgery cost $3,000 and they said that there was no chance of hers to make flipping back over so the best option was to just put her down and they refused to give us a plan who had $3,000 to just cough up. I do not recommend their clinic they take advantage of people that are already distraught.

Thank you for saving our 10 week old bunny! My 12 year old daughter is extremely grateful for your quick actions to save her dear Milo! It was very touch and go but he pulled through!

This is the worst place ever. They gave our kittens to a foster without permission, an refuse to give us the fosters number. They have been so rude everytime we call to see where our kittens are and if the foster has contacted them. The foster person or the technician will not return phone calls or anything. They had the kittens bc they were just born an the mom was struggling having the other babies. unfortunately the mother didn't make it( as I have seen alot of reviews that most the animals brought there have died) They g... read more

Business response:

Excuse me ma'am but I was the one that took Ms. Maddie in. We NEVER do anything without the OWNERS permission. I talked to the OWNER of Maddie, and was told that no one wanted to have to bottle feed the kittens. So we asked our personal friends to foster for a week until Ms. Kathy could find someone that would bottle feed them. Ms. Kathy, the owner of the kittens, said that was fine with her. So that's what we did. Sadly the foster had to take his mother to the hospital and was unable to respond, he was not refusing to respo... read more

They wanted to put our cat to sleep about six months ago. He had been lost for a couple of months boland weighed about 3 lbs when we found him. We decided to take him home and think about it. We found where he had been bitten by a snake and had a tick behind his ear. he now rules our house and weighs about 15 lbs. Amazing what love and compassion can do for an animal

My wife and I were traveling from New Orleans to Huntsville, AL when our French Bulldog, Toulouse, started experiencing severe respiratory distress. Emergency Vets was the closest animal ER at the time so we pulled in and they IMMEDIATELY took her and began checking her out for what they should do. They were so kind and worked so hard to get our baby in good enough condition to get to our vets back in Huntsville. The service was amazing and really when you're talking about life-saving care for a member of your family, the pr... read more

When my dog started throwing up at 2 am, we didn’t know what to do. The staff at e-vets handled it well and now he’s fine. Fast service and no wait. Highly recommend.

Wendy, Dr. Adcock and Sarah we're amazing with my Hermione! Dr. Adcock and Sarah stayed with her overnight nursing her back. She was super sick and they worked to find answers. I cannot thank them enough for the quality care they provided.
