Made a reservation a day prior for a u-haul truck at 4:30pm. Only to find out by lawn maintenance that the owner is no where to be found, and that they'll pass my phone and Name on to the owner so he can reach out to me. Phone call never came. Keep in mind I was calling the phone numbers provided on the building and I kept getting a machine. If you (the owner) are going to be unavailable during certain times, how about you reflect that online instead of wasting people's gas and time.
