Our company contracted with them for the flu shot, when the bill arrived it was incorrectly itemized. I called my insurance to confirm the pre-negotiated pricing before calling Emergency-USA. When I spoke with the manager from Emergency-USA about the incorrect bill i was berated for ten minutes about how ungrateful the employees at my company were for disputing the bill.
