Dr. Pham is excellent
Dr. Crawshaw at the Tigard location did an excellent job and, in my experience, is a very knowledgeable and straightforward professional. While the location I went to was admittedly rather no-frills (no fancy amenities) they do a good job of getting to task, diagnosing/remedying your issue, and getting you going. No, they do not answer their 24/7 answering service for an EMERGENCY dental appt. This is false advertising, I had called many times between 10pm-7am with no answer, I had left a voicemails as well.
Kathy the dental assistant was extremely caring and very helpful!!! It’s nice knowing that there are people out there in this chaotic world that really do still care! Highly recommend!
If I could give it a -5 star I would. I have been going to emergency tooth doctor for years now. I have been referring anyone that I could to this clinic as their service has been amazing up until this last month. These past visits and phone calls have been the worst experience of my life and to say it’s a nightmare is putting lightly.
