Mr Mann is very unprofessional took advantage of my hardship. never gave me an invoice and still did not complete the job. forcing me to file court papers I paid him 1,300 in labor fees and the work is still not done. I question if he is truly license I would not hire him although he knows his job he's not a good person to work with
