Don’t expect any real answers or help here and don’t bother with patient advocacy they don’t respond to anyone’s messages of complaints. This hospital should be called “human sendaway” because kindness is not what this hospital represents. The ER doctors act like you are wasting their time, the nurses never have answers and the wait time is ridiculous. Please save yourself the pain and agony and go to UC Davis in Sacramento.

My goodness!! This Emergency center was probably the best I have encountered. Not that I visit often but as a healthcare professional customer service is almost everything to me!! The nurses, radiologist, and physician gave me “the works” to ensure that they assist all my needs.

I came in with a chest drain from surgery that kept filling rapidly with dark blood that had to be dumped about every hour. ER was crowded. I waited for several hours outside in the cold because I didn't want to catch COVID since people inside were not masking. Then when I was finally seen, they just sent me home, saying I didn't have a hematoma.
