The staff is kind and respectful. They go out of their way to make sure your wishes are taken into account. Also, when I had my surgery, I'd been having panic attacks over it (I have a huge IV phobia as well as stressing out about the anesthetic). The anesthesiologist went out of his way to make it easier for me and the surgery ended up being as pleasant an experience as surgery CAN be.
