If you value your life or the life of your loved one, avoid this place at all costs. Especially if you are even somewhat medically complex. They are completely incompetent on every level and do not seem to even know how(or maybe just do not care enough) to follow even general processes and protocols for a regular immunocompetent patients, let alone someone with a more complex medical picture, even when presenting with such alarming & obvious symptoms. NOVANT REMOVED THIS REVIEW ONCE. WHY HIDE REAL REVIEWS FROM REAL PEOPLE??! I went to Novant Ballantyne Hospital on Providence Rd, Charlotte, NC to see a SANE (SA Nurse Examiner) nurse as I was advised to do so by an officer following an assault. When I arrived, before actually checking in; I asked the woman at the desk, if this type of nurse was there ONSITE to see me. The woman made a phone call on the handheld black phone, hung it up then told me yes. However, no nurse ever came. Never. I had been there for 6 hours at thi... read more
