I went to Novant Ballantyne Hospital on Providence Rd, Charlotte, NC to see a SANE (SA Nurse Examiner) nurse as I was advised to do so by an officer following an assault. When I arrived, before actually checking in; I asked the woman at the desk, if this type of nurse was there ONSITE to see me.
