When I saw the ratings I thought it can’t be that bad. I had an allergic reaction and my friend rushed me to the ER because it was hard to breathe. Waited 3 hours before any real help and by then the allergy calmed down and I was feeling better. They checked my blood pressure 4 times too (not exaggerating), like why? Do they charge for that as well? Got a $985 bill plus a second one for $2,058. I’ve called numerous times for an itemized bill but haven’t received it in 3 weeks. The staff here was wonderful. They were patient. My MIL has dementia. They did everything they could to keep her calm and feel safe. She was always checked on and they kept us informed.

I had to take my husband in and for only having one doctor to see all emergency patients, we felt very taken care of. All nurses were very kind and helpful. They listened to us. It was calm and very clean. We had to stay in the emergency for about a day. We were moved to a room and had the nurse Jeff. He made everyone's day. To see someone that truly loves people and loves his job was amazing.
