The security guard checking bags on 8/5 at 12:40am was so rude and mean to me about having to check my duffel bag that I started crying. It was just a really terrible thing to do to someone trying to visit her mom who just arrived in an ambulance.

I want to express my deep gratitude to the crisis psychologist that came to my room this morning. It was the best conversation in my life, which helped me a lot. And overall my visit was very comfortable. The best and most caring staff! Thank you guys.
Gaslit by physician. Nurse tried to get signed off for a pic line I didn't need. Got a pregnancy test even tho I'm in my 50's with an IUD. LAB contaminated my blood cultures they decided. But the best was ALL the personal information the Dr's and nurses shared about each other and even other patients. The obvious HIPPA violations. the good laughs and the disparagement of other people including co-workers, all of us actual patients in the emergency room were forced to listen to, was a nice touch.
