Never go past 11pm at night to the ER in Clairemont, The male doctor there does not want to work, he was quick to fix the problem and on our your way home you go. Unfortunately i didn't catch his name, due to me leaving. it was actually not that busy for a sat night, and he still didn't want to work. I went to zion instead, better. doc kneisley was very nice, BUT at the end she flipped her script fast, I requested a doc note, she said No back to work on Monday you go. Went in on a Sunday morning. Although they had double the usual number of admissions, I was shown to a room within an hour and seen quickly by a friendly nurse who took blood and set up a heart monitor. The doctor came in relatively soon after. The x-ray machine came to me (rather than having to be transported to another space). The ER doc, two nurses and checkin staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I was diagnosed and able to leave by about noon. I hope others don’t need the ER, but my experience was very positive.

I was surprised by how well the staff treated me and communicated thoroughly. Im not used to this in an emergency room. 5 stars from me.

This place is really nice. 24 hour emergency room for urgent care. A friend of mine came her for treatment after he had surgery and they took good care of him. Was treated for losing feeling in his hands after a surgery at another kaiser facility.
