This place is really nice. 24 hour emergency room for urgent care. A friend of mine came her for treatment after he had surgery and they took good care of him. Was treated for losing feeling in his hands after a surgery at another kaiser facility.

Took my new born with 1 month 3 weeks old to emergency. For starts had to wait for 2.hrs to be attended (sort of average for emergency room now a days). When we got attention, the nurse was not able to put the IV on my babys wrist . The nurse tried 2 times with no success so we had to demmand someone from pediatrics to get things done. This are medical emergencies. Not a place for practicing, especially not with Babys and Kids. The cherry of the pie was the EXPIRED formula they gave us. I used to be aftaid of going to hospitals here in SoCal, as I had a pretty crappy experience at Scripps some while ago. That said, my experience at Kaiser was the total opposite. I'd stopped in here once for an Urgent Care visit and was impressed with the care, so I thought I'd give the ER the benefit of the doubt. And thank goodness I did. Dr. Trevias and nurse Sam treated me so well and got me patched up in a matter of 4 hours. My CT whose name I didn't get was also very sweet and concerned. Thank you Kaiser staff!

Great staff, they treated my leg infection aggressively. I was frustrated and upset about my billing with medical that said, kiaser cannot change this and told they me as much I simply was not listening. I was impressed with the staff, and the doctors. While I do apologize for being frustrated the staff kaiser handled my attitude quite well. No real wait time, clean, fast care, very good care, and a beautiful facility. I would recommend kaiser. Sorry about my stress.

Great staff on a bad day. They tried to help me. That said, the staff was unifomitive about billing. One staff member was overly sensitive when I said I had lost my faith in God tonight and was considering becoming an atheist and if there was a medical emergency to do as little as possible and let me die. I thought I was being funny she was insulted when I did not yell call people name nor did anything at all mean to her. I was just in a bad mood and could not hide it well when facing a huge bill.
