On the plus side the security does a great job . The reception get you a bracelet almost immediatly and when its time to pay they are very quick with that . On the down side the place is old extremely outdated .Severly under staff , especially late at night its a nightmare.if you are in pain be ready to sit in a chair in pain for hrs .12 hrs to see a doctor .had to chase the nurse to get discharge once treatment was finished . I don't recommend .

Wow!! 1.5 star rating. The medical director needs to be fired. This was a horrible experience for my son. Waited 2 hours for pain meds as he sat with a broken bone.

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY ENTIRE LIFE. Brought my 3 month old due to a fever. Waited 6 hours and still havent been called. Went up to ask how much longer and the front desk lady said it would be another hour at least. I ended up just leaving. My poor 3 month old baby was there for hours around sick people just to not be seen and for people who had come after us to be seen before us. I work in Healthcare and there is no excuse as to why a 3 month old should wait almost 7 hours to be seen when they have a 101 fever. I am beyond u... read more

Brought my husband to the ER twice this month due to severe bleeding after what was supposed to be a simple outpatient surgery, and both visits were harrowing. The first time, just hours after his surgery, we rushed back to the ER. Despite his obvious pain, bleeding and blood clot, there was lack of urgency. This place should be seriously investigated. The situation is unacceptable. An emergency room where patients have to wait at least 6 hours without seeing a doctor is a serious danger to public health. My mother came after 1 a.m. with chest pain and shortness of breath, and to this moment no doctor has attended to her. The staff simply say there are not enough doctors, but refuse to provide any solution or even an estimate of waiting time.
