had a very positive experience at Kaiser’s Emergency Department. The staff was professional, attentive, and moved quickly while still taking the time to explain what was going on. The nurses and physicians were courteous and clearly experienced, which made the whole process much less stressful. Don't take your child her if you actually want them to get proper care . My baby is here right now with the wrong post oxminter on his finger they gave a 3 year old a adult finger one instead of the correct one so of course he wont get the proper readings . Second they sent us into a bed without even assigning a doctor when I asked how much longer I was told you can wait till after 11 mind you my baby has been here for 3 almost 4 hours or I can leave like oh really caring staff . If I could put no stars I would. Been waiting in ER room for a fever for over 10 hours and they help me just now! 11 hours later! Worst place to come to.
A cemetery is better than this hospital ! I’m seriously think that this hospital need some investigation or change all the personal because the emergency area is just useless period! Less than a third world hospital service
4+ hours of pain and deeply concerning symptoms. X-rays taken within an hour then… nothing… this is unacceptable. And, judging by the other comments, nothing will be changed. Move along if you can, find another 24h emergency room.
