i’ve came to this emergency room twice in the past month over a painful ongoing strep throat and tonsillitis, and they’re always very efficient! The waiting room is always daunting with how full it is, but I haven’t waited very long the times i’ve came (today was checked in at 2:15 and done by 3:30) and the staff is very nice. In the future I will continue coming back here when needed!

We pay way to much for poor slow service been here for 6 hrs need to hustle to much slacking off

Always a thorough visit whenever I’ve had to go to Kaiser Modesto ER. Very kind staff and they take X-rays, blood draws etc that they need to diagnose what’s going on. Sometimes long wait but I’ve had always helpful people and helpful visits. Much better than Kaiser Manteca ER.

I am writing this review on behalf of my mother. She was treated at this facility while dealing with a urinary tract infection and a joint infection, both of which are serious and require timely care. Unfortunately, her experience was deeply frustrating and concerning. She was left waiting for hours and was ultimately forgotten about, which is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about patient safety and communication.
