I've been a Kaiser member for years, and this is the first time they haven't let me in as my son's companion. The excuse security uses is that the room is full, and you have to wait outside without being able to find out anything about the patient. And then you ask, and they tell you that you have to call the patient to find out. When the room is practically empty—it's 11:53 pm—they still say the room is full.

ninguna sala de emergencia puede prohibir un paciente entrar con acompañante.es necesario que el pasciente se sienta cómodo y tranquilo para cualquier dianostico que pueda surgir.un acompañante es apoyo emocional en los momento de encontrarse en sala de emergencia y especialmente si el acompañante es son sus Padres.es injusto que el guardia de seguridad prohibir la entrada al acompan̈ante.

Who ever answers the phone for the emergency room needs training! Rude, unprofessional, down right disgusting! To who ever reviews this, do not come on here saying sorry! Look at all the reviews, and you have done absolutely nothing about any of your poor horrible treatment of your members! This is a disgusting way of running your hospital/emergency room!

The ER here in Modesto is just, well…HORRID as in making my wife wait for 5 hours now and counting for a pain/cramping in her stomach like she’s having a baby pain ! Well to be honest they were quick to take her in to be actually seen by the doctor and they did all their tests but they sent back out in the main waiting area while she’s still in major pain and needs to run to the restroom every half hour and they couldn’t give her a bed like she flipping needs when we got here now over 5 hours ago?! Horrible ER experience I’ve had to deal with. The staff is so unprofessional. They just pretty much threw me out. No concern on my health. Gave me a shot. Didn’t care of if I walked, or made sure I had a ride back home. Also the way nurses talked and mistreated someone there on suicidal attempts they laughed at him and made comments that were very unprofessional. They laughed at patients.
