The level of compassion and understanding during a recent ER visit by the supervising physician Doctor Robert Garcia who spent maybe three minutes examining me before overriding the previous doctors plans. Based on nothing more then some preconceived iideas on who he was treating. Showed a total lack of compassion and empathy for the situation. I believe he would be better suited euthanizing helpless animals in a kill shelter, then helping people in a time of need.
Absolutely horrible wait times and no communication
I've required Kaiser's ER several times. And EVERY TIME care has been quick and top notch! And cannot say the same for any of the other hospitals in either Modesto or Turlock.
Mucho mejor que el Doctor Medical Hospital! Aca atendieron bien rapido a mi hijo!! Estoy muy agradecida que no nos hicieron esperar nada y le dieron los cuidados que mi bebe necesitaba!
