My mom went in at 2 pm with horrible stomach aches, vomit, nausea, pressure behind her head, shivering, her eye vessels burst while waiting in the lobby and it is now 6:59 pm, almost 5 hours later and she is still waiting in the lobby. They are extremely slow, people can die in the lobby waiting and still there is no action. This is ridiculous how is this considered an emergency room if no one is getting emergency services. Yesterday, I brought my mother into the ER because she was experiencing severe abdominal pain. She was scared and in obvious distress, yet instead of being met with compassion and empathy, her physician treated her as if she were a drug-seeking individual. This was not only dismissive but also deeply discouraging and dehumanizing. My mother, already in pain and vulnerable, was met with microaggressions and biases rather than care. My baby was having respatory weezing breathing issues and they made me wait over 5 hours, its ridiculous, shes just a baby and they did not prioritize her!! This is supposed to be the best hospital ended up being the worst experience!!
This place sucks. Never before have I had to Waite for them to see a 81 year old lady. People should be fired, there full staff yet there's over thirty people in the ER. Never should anyone ever choose this place 3 hours now at the ER without seeing a doctor
The waiting room area was fast at getting you in taking your vitals and blood to be seen was a bit of a wait but honestly the doctors nurses were all great I went for a terrible abscess in my mouth very painful and they were extremely knowledgeable and just in general great doctors so grateful for all there help .
