Overall good experience. Wait time was typical for ER. Receptionist, nurses and doctors were all friendly and professional. Temperatures in waiting area and ED room were very comfortable. Both were very clean.
Every person i had contact with from waiting room to discharge was welcoming and communicative with just one exception. As a retired RN, I'm probably more aware than many seen in ER. It will not keep me from using BS& W.
