The care was great. The ER, however, uses the stretchers from the ambulance as the treatment bed. That was very uncomfortable and the staff didn’t like it either. Staff did the best they could, but there was no foreseeable reason to leave patients that uncomfortable. Please address this issue. Other than that issue, I was treated well and promptly. I recommend BS&W for your care.

I was in severe pain due to a nerve issue in my back that was radiating down my leg. The doctors and techs were amazing but the nurse the day I went was absolutely horrible. She said multiple times in a very rude way pretty much "I don't know why you're here you're going to end up having to see a specialist! the ER is for life saving emergencies and this is not a life-saving emergency" I was in severe pain and this nurse made me feel like I was a nuisance or possibly not worth her time because I wasn't actively dying.
